Chris founded Advisor Outreach and moved into the financial advisor recruiting & consulting industry with 20+ prior years of experience in sales, sales management, operations, and scaling new businesses. For 16 of those years, he was a leader in the education space working with some of the most respected technology-first schools and organizations in the country. His colorful career in leadership has led him to live in many cities including Kansas City, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, and Tampa.

As a proud father to an incredible son, Chris loves to travel with his loved ones. His hobbies include fitness and playing golf terribly. He also enjoys working on personal growth and learning about new cultures and perspectives.

Soch joined the Advisor Outreach team after spending 18 years in higher education leadership. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Soch managed teams as large as 30 and has always had a focus on helping others. He brought this passion to the Advisor Recruiting space and really enjoys helping Advisors get into a better, freer, and higher paying position. He loves people and listens more than he speaks. 

Soch is an avid fisherman and golfer. He has a focus on family and loves spending time with his two sisters and his mom back home. He has a Zuchon (teddy bear) dog named Chloe who is normally at his side when he is not at the office. 

Tracy is known for her adventurous spirit, love for learning, and optimistic outlook on life. With a strong desire to explore both physically and intellectually, she thrives on new experiences and challenges. She has a diverse range of experiences, which include travel, professional growth, and deep personal exploration. Whether it’s in her career or hobbies, Tracy is driven by curiosity and a desire to expand her horizons.

Family plays an essential role in Tracy’s life, providing a strong foundation while still encouraging independence. Tracy has a special connection with her cats, treating them as beloved companions on their journey. In her free time, she enjoys hobbies that allow for self-expression and adventure, such as outdoor activities, reading, or creative pursuits. What truly motivates Tracy is the pursuit of knowledge, freedom, and the chance to make meaningful connections with others.

Matt Fletcher is originally from Ocala, FL, and currently lives in Tampa, FL with his wife Mercedez and 4 children. He graduated from Warner University with his bachelor’s degree in business administration & has over 10 years of sales and management experience. Matt is a former college athlete who enjoys going to the gym & doing any family related activities year-round. Matt thoroughly enjoys helping others any way he can and being a positive role model for his children as well as his family and friends. His family is his biggest motivation and driving force to grow in his career as well as in life.
